Returns
We want our customers to be delighted with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to work through a solution.
We have a strict, seven-day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original labels, and where possible, in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at: hello@birthdayelf.com and once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
As a small, home-based business, we work hard to keep our products thoughtfully and fairly priced, and unfortunately we are not able to absorb the cost of return postage. We truly appreciate your understanding.
We would also recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please also note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within five business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
